Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions, Pre-Orders, and Try Before You Buy

Some products in our store are available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these unique purchase types, ensuring a smooth experience.

Subscriptions

When you opt for a subscription, you’ll enjoy recurring deliveries tailored to the duration and frequency you choose. Your payment information is securely stored, and charges will apply to each delivery unless you’ve prepaid. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you prefer not to renew, cancellation is always an option.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering allows you to purchase items that are currently out of stock or soon to be released. At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method for full or remaining charges processed later when the item is available. 

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order before it’s fulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellation isn’t possible, but you may request a full or partial refund. Visit our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Try Before You Buy

With our try-before-you-buy option, we authorize your payment method prior to shipping. You’ll have a set period to decide if you’d like to keep the item. If you don’t return it within that time, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
